How early should I book to ensure availability, and can I book same-day or last-minute?

For peak slots (Mon/Fri, business hours), book 24-48 hours in advance. Same-day and last-minute bookings are available if rooms are free—confirmation is instant. Check real-time availability on gofloaters.com.

If you want popular times (like weekday mornings, late afternoons, or Mondays/Fridays), booking 24–48 hours ahead increases your chances of getting the exact room and area you want. However, GoFloaters is built for agility, so you can also book as close as 1 hour before your start time in many locations, provided the room is still available. Just search your city and date, and if a time slot appears as selectable, you can confirm it instantly and use the space the same day.

How do I check real-time availability of meeting rooms in my city?

Search by city and date on our website or app. Open time slots are displayed and ready for immediate booking. Selectable slots indicate current availability.

On the search page, enter your city and the date you want, and you’ll see a list or map of meeting spaces that operate that day. When you click into a specific space, its available time slots for that date will be shown; any slot you can click and proceed to checkout with is live and bookable in real time. If a slot is missing or greyed out, it means someone else has already blocked that time or the venue is closed.

What is the minimum or maximum booking duration?

Minimum booking is typically 1-2 hours. There’s no strict maximum—book half-day (3-4 hours), full-day (6-8 hours), or extend your stay if the room is available.

Most GoFloaters meeting rooms have a minimum booking duration of 1 or 2 hours so that venues can plan staffing and cleaning. Beyond that, you have flexibility: you can block back‑to‑back slots to create a half‑day, full‑day, or even longer booking if the calendar is open. If during your meeting you realize you need more time, you can extend by booking additional hours, as long as no one else has reserved the room after you.

Can I book GoFloaters meeting rooms for multiple consecutive days?

Yes, book each day’s time slot as needed for trainings, workshops, or multi-day conferences. Select each date separately and confirm bookings for continuity.

For multi‑day trainings, reviews, or project sprints, you can use the same room across several days by creating a separate booking for each date and time band you need. Many teams prefer this to keep location and setup consistent for participants. Once the bookings are confirmed, you’ll get individual confirmations for each day, which you can share with your team and guests, ensuring a predictable schedule and environment throughout the engagement.
