Regulatory Compliance Checklist

To ensure your virtual office setup is 100% compliant, verify the following:

  • Provider Legitimacy: Is the provider a defined legal entity with rights to lease the space?
  • NOC Issuance: Is the No Objection Certificate signed by the actual property owner?
  • Utility Bill: Is the electricity bill provided recent (less than 2 months old)?
  • Nameplate Display: Does the provider display your company name and CIN/GSTIN at the building entrance/reception? (Mandatory)
  • Record Maintenance: Can you maintain digital or physical copies of statutory registers at the address (or accessible from it)?
  • Inspection Access: Does the agreement explicitly allow government officials (ROC, GST, Bank) to visit and inspect the premises?
  • Mail Forwarding: Is there a reliable system to forward government notices to you immediately?
